Raffle Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility
2. Ticket Sales Restrictions
   • Sales are restricted to Alberta. Visitors from outside Alberta must complete the transaction entirely within the province.
3. Ticket Packages
   • 1 ticket for $20.00, 10 tickets for $60.00, 40 tickets for $100.00, and 100 tickets for $200.00.
   • A total of 283,224 tickets are available, with a value of $999,980.
4. Ticket Rules
   • Tickets purchased in packs cannot be separated by name.
   • Only verified, paid tickets are eligible for the draw.
5. Ticket Issuance
   • Tickets are emailed to purchasers; if no email is provided, tickets are mailed.
6. Non-Transferable
   • Tickets cannot be transferred prior to prize claim. No modifications to ticket names are allowed.
7. Sales Locations
   • Tickets are sold at West Edmonton Mall and online at www.winadreamcar.ca from January 6, 2025, to January 4, 2026.
8. No Refund Policy
   • All sales are final. Multiple transactions made in error will not be refunded.
9. Confirmation Issues
   • Ticket confirmation emails may take several hours. Purchasers should ensure their email is entered correctly and check spam/junk folders.
10. Purchase Methods
    • Tickets can be bought online, by phone, or in person at West Edmonton Mall. All tickets are managed through the Raffle Nexus program approved by AGLC.
11. Draw Details
    • The draw will occur on January 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM at West Edmonton Mall using a Random Number Generator (RNG).
12. Winner Announcement
    • Winners will be announced on-site and published on www.winadreamcar.ca and social media.
13. Prize Details
    • The prize is a 2024 McLaren Artura valued at $348,000, with no cash alternative.
    • The winner is responsible for delivery costs beyond 250 km from Edmonton.
14. Prize Claim Deadline
    • Winners have three months to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will be handled per AGLC regulations.
15. Vehicle Condition
    • The car includes mileage accrued during the raffle and is awarded “as is,” without warranties or guarantees.
16. Raffle Adjustments
    • UEIC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the raffle, subject to AGLC approval.
17. Minimum Sales Clause
    • If $450,000 in ticket sales is not reached, UEIC may extend the raffle or cancel it.
